Caradco Windows

I have Caradco windows and have had nothing but problems with them! The wood is rotten and water is forming between the window panes. Caradco was bought out by Jeld-Wen and all they have wanted to do was charge me for replacement parts! I want to hear from others that have had this problem and what you had to do to solve it.
